Leen De BusscherBorn on September 8, 1961 in Bruges.
Studied at the Lemmensinstituut in Leuven:
* Laureaat + 1st prize recorder (1983)
* Laureaat + 1st prize chamber music (1984)
* Master of music, major recorder (2002)
Studied at the Royal Conservatory of Antwerp: 1st prize in musical history (1986)
Master class with Pedro Memelsdorf
Since 1985, she works as a teacher at the municipal Academies of Ekeren, Berchem, Essen and the musical education of Turnhout
Member of the vocal ensemble Cantando and the gospel ensemble White and Black.
Member of the "Choir academy", led by Philippe Herreweghe.
In 2001 she took over Jozef Pauly Ensemble from Jef Van Boven.
